Stay Foolish....

1- For  our  purposes,  a  simple  way  to  understand  paradigms  is  to see them as maps. We all know that "the map is not the  territory."
A  map  is  simply  an  explanation  of  certain  aspects  of  the territory. That's exactly what a paradigm is. It is a theory, an explanation,
    or model of something else.
2- My  experience  has  been  that  there  are  times to teach and times not to teach. When relationships are strained and the air charged
with  emotion,  an  attempt  to  teach  is  often  perceived as a form of judgment and rejection. But to take the child alone, quietly, when
the  relationship  is  good  and  to  discuss  the  teaching  or  the value seems to have much greater impact.
3- Happiness can be defined,in part at least, as the fruit of the desire and ability to sacrifice what we want now for what we want eventually.
4- The carpenter's rule is "measure twice, cut once."
5- Management  is  efficiency in climbing the ladder of success; leadership determines whether the ladder is leaning against the right wall.
6- Life is no brief candle for me. It is a sort of splendid torch which I have got hold of for the moment, and I want to make it burn as brightly
as possible before handing it on to future generations.
7- When I look back on my life nowadays, which I sometimes do, what strikes me most forcibly about it is that what seemed at the time most
significant  and seductive,  seems  now  most  futile and absurd. For instance, success in all of its various guises; being known and being
praised;   ostensible  pleasures,  like acquiring money or seducing women, or traveling, going to and fro in the world and up and down in
it like Satan,    explaining and experiencing whatever Vanity Fair has to offer.
8- “Information is not knowledge.”
9-  If you know the enemy and know yourself you need not fear the results of a hundred battles.
10-There are no failures,only lessons.
11-"Anybody  can become angry - that is easy; but to be angry with the right person, and to the right degree, and at the right time, and for
the  right  purpose,  and  in the  right  way - that  is not within everybody's power and is not easy."
12-"Excellence  is  an  art  won by training and habituation. We do not act rightly because we have virtue or excellence, but rather we have
those because we have acted rightly. We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act but a habit."
13- When  He  is  born, man  is  soft and weak. In death He becomes stiff and hard.Truly what is stiff and hard is a companion of death.sp;
What  is soft  and  weak is  companion of life.
14-“More  gold  has been  mined  from  the  thoughts  of  man  than  has  ever been  taken  from  the  earth.”
15- When  you  find  something that so fully engages you that you would do it for free all day every day, then you are on course. When you
find  someone  who  is  willing  to pay  you  for  it,  then  you  have  a career.
16-"the  great  aim  of  education, is  not  knowledge  but  action."
17- No  man  is  rich  enough  to  buy back  his  past.
